Responsibilities include:

Welcome participants, guests, and spectators and provide all staff, volunteers, participants, and guests with relevant services and information.

Ensure staff, volunteers, participants, and guests have adequate accreditation & Festival23 entry/participation validation.

Distribute accreditation, kits, uniforms, and equipment and manage stock.

Workshop delivery, implementation, set-up, pack-up & general support

Provide support to participants, guests, and spectators throughout Festival23.

Responsibilities include:

Support the Volunteer Management Team and Festival23 Volunteer Team to manage and communicate shifts, breaks, and confirmation of attendance during Festival23.

Responsibilities include:

Assist with general IT and printer set-up & support, troubleshooting, and administration support.

Assist with any tech issues & tech support at Festival23 venue & off-site locations.
