Creating Chances & Football United in partnership with Common Goal are hosting Festival23, a celebration of Football for Good with 70 delegates from 40 countries!
The major public event during Festival23 is the Football for Good Forum, hosted by ACPE in Sydney Olympic Park on Saturday 12 August 2023, from 1-7pm.
The Football for Good Forum will contribute to driving a legacy to build a healthier world by acknowledging that women’s success in football does not depend on their individual efforts and that the focus should be put on changing the system through transformative and innovative strategies and courageous leadership. Through panels, inspirational talks, workshops, networking, and a photo exhibition, we want you to be inspired by the shared experiences and to take action and pave the way for generations to come.

Media as a Catalyst for Social Change
Sports coverage is hugely powerful in shaping norms and stereotypes about gender. Media has the ability to challenge these norms. Hear from diverse women - storytellers, producers, influeners and journalists about how they tackle the underrepresentation of women in media and the power of alternative media to create positive change on and off the field.
Cross-Sector Collaboration - Accelerating Girls and Women's Rights through Football

In the spirit of continuity and legacy from the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022â„¢, Generation Amazing, Qatar Foundation, and the European Union Delegation in Qatar is delighted to organise a compelling all-women panel discussion at the sidelines of the FIFA Women's World Cup 2023.
